Ive dined in China Flute before, and then, the food was getting consistently worse over time. But yesterday, I gave it another go, and damn it was better. I ordered a simple special fried rice and black bean on a hot plate, and it did not disappoint. The fried rice was golden in colour, and delightful in taste, given a generous amount of ingredients. Comparing to all the times i've been here before, the beef in my Black Bean was far more fresh and tender, which was also seasoned just right. As I left, the owner along with the chef who I dont recognised nicely thanked me for coming, which I definitely will again.

Fresh, well balanced dishes! We have high standards for our Chinese takeaway after trying so many restaurants in the past - and were so impressed with China Flute. Everyone (6 adults and 3 children) loved their meals. They were great quality and we loved how many vegetables came with the dishes. The waitress on the phone was lovely and our massive order was ready within 25 minutes.

We have been dining at the Flute about once a fortnight over the last 18 months. The food has improved dramatically in that time. The servings are large and full of fantastic meats, vegetables and sauces. The staff are friendly and efficient. Every now and then Hugo (the boss) offers us an experimental meal which his highly qualified chef has prepared. They are π winners.

China Flute Asian Restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey, as experienced through their Tom Ka soup, coconut rice, and spring rolls.
Tom Kar, rich flavours and the fragrant coconut rice perfectly complement each other, while the spring rolls provide a satisfying crunch, while my friends enjoyed the Salmon and beef dishes π
Overall, it is a delectable dining experience earning a solid 4 stars from me.
